Organization:
15 x 15 yard grid. Attackers: Four players on the sides (not in the corners), one in the center. Three defenders try to win the ball back.
Game: Attackers get one point for eight consecutive passes. Defenders get one point for intercepting the ball and making one or two consecutive passes. Four minute games.

Always try to form a triangle with one defender pressuring the ball and two defenders taking away the split pass.

Cues to pressure and win the ball: Ball through the air, attacker receives the ball in the corner, player receives a slow pass or a hard pass, poor first touch.
Attackers:

Constantly move to the corners (get next to / under the ball) to create passing lanes and to create space in the defensive triangle.
