Organization:
Set up large cones in the center, opposite the two small goals set up on the endline. Near the sidelines, set up flags and cones to use for agility training.
Description:
The shooter - Player 1 - starts behind the gate to receive the pass from Player 2, passing from the end line. After the pass goes through the gate, Player 1 takes his first touch right or left and then finishes into a small goal. After finishing, Player 1 run through the flags or cones before returing to the passing line. After passing, Player 2 becomes the next shooter.
