ORGANIZATION:
Field 16 yards long by 10 yards wide. The size of the field also depends on the goal of the practice session/activity and/or the age group.
Set up one group of players at each end line.
One side, the defender, passes the ball to the other side and the 1v1 starts.
Both teams can score by dribbling over the end line. The attacker must have full control over the ball when dribbling over the endline for the goal to count.
When the ball goes over the sideline, dribble the ball back onto the field. Switch sides after each turn.
Variation: The defenders can score in small counter goals set up on one end line. Or place small counter goals in each corner to score on.
Game: Make two teams, keep track of score and switch sides/roles after 5 minutes.
