Set Up:
There are sixteen players set up on a large field, playing 7v7 plus two. During play, the attacking team maintains possession and scores points by passing to the neutral attackers playing along the end lines. When a point is scored, the attacking team keeps the ball and reverses direction. The neutrals switch out every five minutes, and on balls put out of play, the game is re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. Use the entire length and width of the field, and force the defenders to chase.
2. Anticipate changes of possession in order to have a faster transition.
3. Change the point of the attack away from the crowded areas of the field.
Progressions:
1. Use small goals on the end line, the neutrals play inside the field.
