Set Up:
Twelve players are set up on a small field, playing 6v6. The attacking team tries to score in any of the eight small goals placed on the outside of the field. When a defender wins the ball, his team must play towards a different small goal, and not the goal that he was defending. Balls played out of bounds are re-started with a kick in from the sideline, and on goals and balls put out of play, the game is re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. Keep possession until a good scoring chance presents itself. Don’t force it.
2. Anticipate changes of possession in order to have a quick transition.
3. When a goal closes down, turn away and change the point of the attack.
Progressions:
1. Add a neutral player.
