Set Up:
There are 8-10 players set up on the small field, with two goalkeepers. The goalkeepers defend a two-sided goal placed in the center of the field. The attackers pass and move around the outside of the cones, looking to shoot on either side of the goal. The attackers are limited to two touches when finishing, and can enter the circle in order to finish rebounds. On balls put out of play, the drill is re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. If your first touch is poor when preparing the ball, pass the ball off rather than shoot.
2. If your shooting angle is poor, fake a shot and pass the ball off.
3. Make a curved run to the ball in order to approach the ball at a 45 degree angle.
Progressions:
1. First time finishes only.
2 Volley or a header finishes from inside the circle.
