Set Up:
Ten players are set up on a field split into three zones, playing 3v1 in each end zone. Play begins in the defending third, and the attackers look to change the ball over into the attacking third. When the ball is passed out, the lone attacker is allowed a free touch back into the middle third. As he touches it back, two attackers enter the middle third and play continues 3v3 to goal. If the defenders win the ball, the 3v1’s have to be re-set before they can attack the goal. On goals and on balls put out of play, the game is re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. Make deceptive runs into the middle third and force the defenders to switch.
2. Overload one side of the field and attack a lone defender 2v1.
3. Look for first time finishes from the middle third of the field.
Progressions:
1. All three attackers cross over.
