Set Up:
12-16 players are set up in the attacking third, playing 3v3 plus three. The neutral attackers must stay on the outside of the penalty area. The attacking team tries to maintain possession and finish on goal. They can use the neutral attackers on the outside to relieve pressure, but the neutrals are limited to one touch. When the defenders win the ball, they become the attacking team. The Feeder re-starts play when goals are scored or when the ball is put out of play. The neutrals switch out every five minutes.
Coaching Points:
1. Look for first time shots from passes set back from the end line.
2. Look for rebounds pushed wide of the goal posts.
3. The attackers should use the entire penalty area, forcing the three defenders to chase.
Progressions:
1. The neutral attackers play inside the box.
