Set Up:
There are 12-16 players set up in the penalty area, playing 1v2 near the penalty spot with three attackers starting at the cones. The Feeder begins play with a free pass into the penalty area. The attacker lays the ball off to one of the other three attacking players, and play continues 4v2 to completion. If the defenders win the ball, they can score in either of the two small goals set up outside of the penalty area. On goals or balls put out of play, the Feeder re-starts play with the next set of attackers and defenders.
Coaching Points:
1. Hold the runs from the corners of the penalty area and don’t crowd the 1st attacker.
2. The layoff pass must be played well away from the 1st and 2nd defenders.
3. Look for first time shots (and fake shots) on balls set back to you.
