Set Up:
Ten players are set up inside of the penalty area, playing 3v3 plus two. The two teams play 3v3 with two neutral attackers set up on the end line. The neutrals are limited to one touch. The attacking team tries to maintain possession and finish on goal. When a goal is scored or the ball is put out of play, the Feeder re-starts play with a pass in to the attacking team. During the game, the neutral attackers switch out every five minutes.
Coaching Points:
1. The attackers should look to finish setbacks from the end line.
2. When the ball is played to the end line, make the blind side in behind the defender.
3. Use the entire penalty area to create enough space for 1v1 attacking.
Progressions:
1. The neutrals play inside of the penalty area.
