Set Up:
There are 9-12 players set up in the small grid, starting at the cones. During the drill, the ball is passed around the grid in a figure eight pattern (from Player 1 to 2 to 3 to 4). After passing, the players run to the line directly across from them. The direction of the drill changes every two minutes.
Coaching Points:
1. Check the target one more time before passing and play the ball to the correct foot.
2. Show yourself, talk early, and make eye contact.
3. Get your feet set early in the direction of the pass.
Progressions:
1. Use two teams of six, passing the ball in opposite directions at the same time.
