Set Up:
Eight players are set up on a small field, playing 4v4. Each team plays with two players on the inside of the grid, and two players on the outside. To score, the teams have to pass the ball to the player stationed on the goal line. Each time the ball changes possession, the direction of play changes as well, from East-West to North-South and vice versa. On goals or on balls put out of play, the game is re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. Look for overlaps and takeovers when your dribbling attack stalls.
2. Feint away from the goal line player in order to create a passing angle to him.
3. Anticipate turnovers and jump to the attack before the opponent can recover.
Progressions:
1. Add a neutral attacker.
2. Progress to 5v5.
