Set Up:
There are 12-16 players set up in the attacking third, with lines starting at the cones. Two groups of players line up on the end line. The first player in line sprints out to the corner of the penalty area to receive a pass from the Feeder. He controls the ball outside the 18, cuts to goal, and then finishes from outside the near post. The other shooting line can start as soon as the previous player makes his first touch. The goalkeepers switch out every three shots, and the players rotate to both shooting lines.
Coaching Points:
1. Do not slow down as you receive the ball. Instead, touch it off and sprint onto it.
2. You should be turned towards goal in one or two touches. Cut the ball sharply.
3. The last dribble touch should improve your shooting angle, not make it worse.
Progressions:
1. Add a defender coming out from the end line.
