Organization:
Area: 60y x 40y
Players start on both flanks and in the center. The goalkeeper begins play with a throw or pass to the central midfielder. The CM combines with the center forward and then plays the ball out wide. The winger receives the ball on the run and dribbles to the end line, crossing the ball to the incoming attackers for a finish. Whenever the goalkeeper makes the save, they play out quickly to a new group of attackers. When a goal is scored, the players reset.
Coaching Points:
Intelligent movement before and after the pass
● Initial movement away from the ball to create space.
● Accurate passing. With the correct speed to the correct foot or into space.
● Communication: verbal, gestures, eye contact, and with runs.
