Organization:
Set up two rows of cones, five yards apart. There should be three yards in between the cones. The passer and the Feeder start just outside of the cones, facing each other.
Description:
The drill begins with a long pass from the Feeder to the passer. The passer touches the ball to the side and then pulls it back before making the return pass to the Feeder. From there, the two players make two one touch passes back and forth, and then move to the next cone to play the long pass. The passer is done with their turn after the get past the last cone.
