Set Up:

The players are 3 v 1 in the small grid. The defender starts the drill with a diagonal pass across the grid to the attacker in that corner. After he passes, the defender tries to win the ball or play it out of the grid. The player who lost the ball becomes the new defender. Attackers are only alowed two touches. Variation: The defender must do 20 pushups if the attackers complete 10 passes.
