Set Up:
Setup four cones in a diamond shape as seen in the diagram. Player 1 will start with the ball at the bottom of the diamond, and Player 2 will start at the top of the diamond. To begin the drill, Player 2 checks into one of the cones to receive the first pass from Player 1. Player 2 then touches the ball back to Player 1. Player 1 turns and dribbles around his cone while Player 2 sprints to the opposite cone. Player 1 then passes to Player 2, repeating the same sequence in the opposite direction. Players will switch positions after a number of reps or a set amount of time determined by the coach.
