Set Up:
Three players are set up at the cones, passing the ball around the triangle, looking for combinations and chances to head the ball towards goal. When a player sees an opportunity, he chips to ball up to the next player to get a header on net. After each shot, the GK rolls the ball back up to the 'D'. Every two minutes, the players rotate to a new cone.
