Organization:
Area: Penalty Area
Set up five cones in a half circle in front of the goal. and five cones (with soccer balls) ten to twelve yards from the goal. Coach and second feeder stand at a ball. The goalkeeper starts in the center of the goal and quickly moves forward to the first cone. At the moment the goalkeeper gets into the starting stance, the ball gets played in to the goalkeeper. The goalkeeper deals with the ball, rolls the ball back and back pedals to the center of the goal again. From the center the GK moves forward to next cone, where they have to deal with the next ball. The goalkeeper continues until they dealt with all five balls.
Goal: Improve footwork speed, positioning in and in front of the goal and basic goalkeeping skills, such as catching, falling and distribution.
Focus Points:

Movement forward and backward.

Positioning: be on the imaginary line that runs from the center of the goal towards the ball and come forward to a spot whereby the GK can get to both posts when falling/diving but cannot get chipped.

Proper execution of technical goalkeeping skills, such as catching, forward smother and falling and diving.

Improve distribution skills.
Variations:

Set up more cones and use more balls.

Vary the shots; left, right, high, low.

Use one ball. The goalkeeper distributes the ball to the shooter on the other side. The shooter has moved to another cone after their last shot.

Shooters try to score.

After dealing with the shot, the goalkeeper distributes the ball into a goal(s) located outside of the penalty box.
