Why can't I see the animations?

If you cannot see the animations please check the list below. If you still have trouble, please contact us for support.

1. Make sure you are logged in.
2. Make sure your membership is active.  If you are not sure then please click on My Account to view your status.
3. Make sure your browser is up to date.  We recommend the latest version of Mozilla firefox or Google Chrome.
