Set Up:
11 players are set up in the defending third, playing 5v4. The five attackers use a back four and a midfielder. The GK begins play with a long pass out to an outside back, and the defenders (in blue) release from the cones with his first touch. On goals and balls put out of play, the drill is re-started by the GK.
