ORGANIZATION:

Set up two lines of cones 8 yards apart. Groups of 2 or 3 players per cone. Players dribble to the cone and back.

Variation:

Players go back and forth three times before the next player starts.

FOCUS POINTS

• Inside Cut, Outside Cut with left and right foot, pull back, Cruyff turn.

• Easy dribble, make the turn correctly, don’t go too fast.

• Go quicker once the player can do the turn correctly.
