Set up a 3x3 box in the center. Start with a player in the center and passing lines on both sides of the field. Players pass into the box and follow their own pass. The player in the box receives the pass, takes it out of the box with the first touch, and dribbles it back to that same passing line. Then the passing line on the other side plays the next ball.
Variations:
- Add 360 Turn when dribbling back.
- Receive with left foot or right foot, inside foot or outside foot.
- Increase the distance to the box; longer passes.
- Passer pressures the ball.
