The Crossing Game
Organization:
Field 25 yards long, 15 yards wide. Two defenders in the center of the grid try to steal or kick the ball away from the attackers who try to get to the other side of the field. The attackers must dribble back quickly on the outside of the field. The attackers get a point every time they dribble across the field. The two defenders get a point every time they steal a ball from a crossing attacker. Players keep track of their points. Play for two minutes and see who has the most points between the two defenders and who has the most points between the attackers.
Goal:
Improve dribbling and 1v1 skills. Create energy.
Equipment:
Balls, cones, pinnies.

Attackers:

Look for space to dribble or run into.

Pressure the ball, win the ball. Work hard.
