Organization:

Play with a CM, CF and a left and right winger. Two defenders start off in the center on the penalty box line near the CF. The game starts off with a pass, throw or roll from the GK to the CM, who passes the ball to a winger. The defenders score with a pass into one of the two small goals. Rotate players in.

Coaching Points:

Attackers:

• Keep the field wide, value the ball.

• Pass the ball with the correct speed to the correct foot.

• Winger must attack the endline and try to cross the ball from the endline.  Runs from forwards and midfielder in the box.

Defenders:

• Pressure and cover. 

• After winning the ball try to score a small goal as quickly as possible.
