Organization:

Set up fields of 30 x 20 with a small goal on each end line. 4 minute games. Keep track of score. Players who are not involved play a 1v1 line soccer game.

Coaching Points:

Transition Defending to Attacking:

• Immediate reaction after winning the ball: attack!

• Try to score quickly.

Transition Attacking to Defending:

• Immediate reaction after losing the ball.

• Don’t stop defending.

*Make a large diamond shape in ball possession, come together when the opponent has the ball.
