Set Up:

12-16 players are set up in the attacking half, starting at the cones. The Feeder begins play with a pass to Player 1. Player 1 turns and plays it up to Player 2. Player 2 opens up and changes the ball over to Player 3. Player 3 plays it up to Player 4, and then overlaps him. Player 4 lays the ball off for Player 5, who then plays a thru pass to Player 3. Player 3 crosses to Players 6 and 7, who finish on goal. Upon completion, play re-starts on the opposite side of the field.  A new player comes on for Player 3, and Players 6 and 7 start on the other side of the penalty area.

Coaching Points:

1.  Player 2 opens up with the first touch and changes the ball with the second.

2.  Player 4 looks away from Player 3 as he overlaps, so as not to telegraph the play.

3.  Player 5 must hold his run until the play from 3 to 4 develops.

Progressions:

1.  Finish with and end line setback from Player 3.
