Set Up:

There are 11 players set up on a small field, playing 5v4. During the game, the attackers try to score in the two large goals, and the defenders play towards the three small goals. When a goal is scored or the ball is played out of touch, the game is re-started by the Feeder. Two players switch from one team to the other every five minutes.

Coaching Points:

1.  Use the entire space and force the defenders to come out of the center.

2.  From the center of the field, play towards one goal, and then finish on the other.

3.  Isolate individual defenders by quickly switching the point of the attack.

Progressions:

1.  Play 4v4 plus one.
