Set Up:

There are 18 players set up on a field split into three zones, playing 3v3 in the central zone, and 2v3 in the end zones. During the game, all of the players must stay inside of their zones, and goals can be scored from any zone. On goals and balls put out of play, the game is re-started by the GK. As the game progresses, the Coach can put conditions on the teams in order to create superior numbers (see Progressions).

Coaching Points:

1.  Check away from the ball until your teammate is ready to pass the ball in.

2.  With a defender on your back, take your first touch away from pressure.

3.  Look to set the ball back into the central zone for first time shots.

Progressions:

1.  Players can cross over when they receive a back pass.

2  Follow your own pass across.
