Set Up:

14 players are set up on a small field, playing 5v5 plus two neutral attackers. During play, each team has two goals on their end line to defend—a regulation goal with a goalkeeper and a small goal. And the goalkeeper must stay in his goal area. The neutral attackers are limited to two touches, and the Feeder re-starts the game whenever the ball is put out of play. Games are played to two goals with a five minute time limit.

Coaching Points:

1.  Anticipate turnovers and be the first to initiate the counter-attack.

2.  Immediately change the ball away from a crowded goal area and attack the other goal.

3.  Open up with the first touch and turn away from the sideline.
