Set Up:

There are 17 players set up in the attacking third of the field, with players starting at the cones. The Feeder begins play with a thru pass to the corner for one of the flank attackers. The other four attackers make runs to goal as the flank attacker sets the ball back from the end line. The attackers look for a first time finish on goal. The Feeder alternates service to both flanks, and the players rotate to all five of the attacking lines during the drill. 

Coaching Points:

1.  Look up and check the target just before setting the ball back.

2.  Begin the finishing run when your teammate takes his last dribble touch.

3.  Try not to over hit a ball set back from the end line. Just make solid contact.

Progressions:

1.  Add defender in the penalty area.
