Set Up:

17-20 players are set up in the attacking third of the field, with players starting at the cones. The Feeder begins play with a thru pass to one of the flank attackers. The three central attackers make runs to the near and far posts as the flank attacker crosses. The attackers look for a first time finish on goal. The Feeder alternates service to both flanks, and the players rotate to all five of the attacking lines during the drill. 

Coaching Points:

1.  Look up and check the target just before striking the cross.

2.  Begin the finishing run when your teammate takes his last touch before crossing.

3.  Hold the run and sprint to the ball so that you can finish with power.

Progressions:

1.  Add defender in the penalty area.
