One Touch Passing Game
One Touch Passing Game
Set Up:
Four players are set up inside of the grid, with Players 1, 2, and 3 shutlling between the cones. player 4 is the target player, stationed at the top of the drill. During the drill, Players 1, 2, and 3 pass out balls to Player 4 as quickly as possible. Player 4 makes return passes back to the center of the field. Penalty points are given for poor passes, and the player with the fewest points in 5 minutes is the winner. The passing techniques vary throughout the drill (see Progressions), and a new player rotates to Player 4's spot after each game.

2. One touch pass only.
3. Pass with weaker foot only.
4. Turn away from Player 4, heel pass back out.
5. Two player combos (two players stop at the cones to receive the first pass).
