Organization:

Set up a line of four cones. Each cone eight yards apart. Give each cone a number or a color (use pinnies). Line of 4 four players, eight yards from cones. Coach yells out a color/number and players position themselves properly.

Variations:

Cone could also be four players who pass the ball to each other.

Coaching Points:

• The players stay connected while sliding with the ball.
• 1st defender pressures the ball and drops when ball gets passed to the other attacker.
• 2nd defender gives cover.
• 3rd and 4th defender take care of the balance.

Roles of individual players change when the ball is moving.
