Set Up:

Pairs of players start between the two red lines. The attacker starts with the ball and the defender shadows him, trying to keep him from dribbling across either line. The attacker looks to change speed and direction several times in an effort to get away from the defender.

Coaching Points:

• Use feints to get the defender moving.

• Change speed and direction several times.

• Beat the defender completely before trying to score.
