Set Up:
Individual player on a ball, have cones available.
Description:
Part One – Push the ball out with the laces, then pull it back to the inside of the opposite foot.
Part Two – Foundation dribble for a few touches, then pull behind the leg.
Part Three– Continuously pulling the ‘V’ past the cone.
Part Four – Push the ball out using the inside of the foot, then pull it back and touch it over to the other foot.
Focus Points:

Part 1 - Develop a soft touch with the laces

Part 2 - Step past the ball before pulling it behind your leg

Part 3 - Hopping on the standing leg.

Part 4 - Pivoting on the standing leg to open up and change direction.
