Organization:

Set up a triangle of cones, three yards apart.  

Description:

The player runs around the outside of the triangle, receiving an air ball served by the Feeder as he comes around the outside cones. A variety of techniques can be worked on, such as:

• Volley

• Chest trap/volley

• Thigh trap/volley

• Head ball
