Organization:

Set up a box of cones about 25 yards from goal, with two players starting just behind the box.

Description:

The attacker starts behind the defender, out of his view. He can start his run at any time, sprinting to the right or left around a cone. As soon as the defender sees the attacker, he can chase straight back towards goal. The attacker must run around a second cone, on the opposite side from the first cone. After he clears the second cone, the Feeder leads him to goal with a pass. Play continues 1v1 to goal from there.
