Set up a row of cones, three yards apart. The passer and the Feeder start 5-10 yards apart.
Description:
The Feeder makes one touch passes back to the passer as he/she moves down the row of cones and back. The Feeder’s first pass is bounced back with one touch. On the second pass, the passer touches the ball to the side and then pulls it back before making the return pass to the Feeder. Then the passer moves to the next cone to receive again.
