Organization:

The players start at the cones with a ball placed between pairs of players. Two large cones are placed ten yards away from the cone lines.

Description:

The players follow the coach's commands and move as quickly as possible to the next spot. The possible commands are:

-Move one cone to the right.

-Move one cone to the left.

-Switch places with the player opposite you.

-Run to a large cone and chase the player opposite you.

-Grab the ball first.
