Organization:

Play begins with a pass from one attacker to the other. The defender comes on with the pass. Attackers score in the small goal, and the defenders score by dribbling the ball through the corner gates on the endline. On balls out over the sideline, the attackers pass the ball back in. The defender dribbles it back in. The turn is over when the ball goes over the end line. Use the same two or three defenders for two minutes or switch roles after each turn.

Game: Keep individual or team scores.

• Dribbling technique.

• 1v1 defending technique.

• Scoring.

• Decision making of attackers: make a 1v1 move or pass the ball? 

• Transition Attacking to Defending; Win ball back as quickly as possible. 

• Transition Defending to Attacking: Explode forward and score as quickly as possible.
