ORGANIZATION:

Area: 35y x 20y

Organization: The four attackers try to score on the large goal, and the three defenders try to score on a small goal. The defending team has a GK. When the ball goes over the sideline, the attackers pass the ball back in. The defenders can also dribble the ball back in. Play is continuous until a goal is scored. Switch attackers and defenders after a couple of minutes.

Game: Keep track of the score between the two teams.

Attackers:

• Keep the field wide, support each other.

• Go for 1v1 or pass. What is the right choice?

Defenders:

• Put pressure on the ball.

• After winning the ball try to score as fast as possible.
