Set Up:

Two teams of three players start at the cones. The coach calls out two numbers, identifying the attacker and the defender. The attacker can start his dribbling run as soon as the second number is called. The defender chases, and the 1 v 1 goes to completion. As soon as both players return to their cones, the next numbers can be called. The teams will get an equal amount of time to attack and defend.
