Set Up:

Two players start on the end line, 5 yards from the goal posts. The GK starts the drill by lightly punting the ball away from goal. The ball should bounce about 15-20 yards from goal. The two players try to win the 50/50 ball and then turn back to goal. The 1 v 1 goes to completion, and then the next pair goes. team or individual scores can be kept.
