Set Up:

Setup a small pitch (20 x 20) with one goal.  Team 1 (in black) starts on the end line with the ball and Team 2 (in red) defends the goal.  When Team 2 steals the ball, they become the attacking team.  Whenever a team scores, they retain possession.  After each goal or change of possession, the attackers must take the ball back to the end line.
