Set Up:

Two shooting lines form on the end lines of this drill, and one player (Player 2) is set up in the middle as the Target Player. The shooters (Players 1 and 3) pass into the Target and follow their pass into the field. The Target lays the ball off for them to shoot. As soon as the Target lays the ball off, he turns around to receive the pass from the other end line. Shooting is continuous, and the target player should switch out after sixty seconds.
