Set Up:
Individual player dribbles through two courses of cones in a four-part exercise.
Description:
Part One - Slalom through the cones, using both feet.
Part Two - Dribble around the cones in a zig zag pattern using one foot only.
Part Three - With High Steps, rolling the ball forward with the sole of the foot.
Part Four - Slalom through the cones, using both feet.
