Set Up:
Set up a square with large cones in the corners. A pair of players work together in the grid, one player passing while the other runs to receive. Player 1 is the passer in the diagram, and Player 2 is the receiver. Player 1 starts the drill with a pass to Player 2, starting between two cones. Player 2 touches the ball back to Player 1 and then runs around the cone in either corner. Player 1 finds Player 2 with a pass as he comes around the cone. Player 2 makes the return pass and runs back to his starting spot. The players switch roles every 3-5 passes, depending on how much conditioning the Coach wants to include.
