Set Up:

Players go 1 v 1 towards the mini goals. The defender begins play with a pass up to the attacker, and the pair goes 1 v 1 to completion. When the play is over, the Feeder supplies the next ball. The games are from 3-5 minutes long, and new pairs are formed after each game.
