Set Up:

Two teams line up on opposite end lines, starting next to their goal. All of the players are given a number. When the coach calls out a number, those two players dribble onto the field, turn thru their gate and race to the center circle. The first player to dribble into the circle keeps his ball and attacks the opponent's goal. The other player defends him 1 v 1. Upon completion, the players return to their line and the coach calls out another number.
